Support HB 544

Please support House Bill 544 by calling your Pennsylvania senator and representative to help protect our landowners who volunteer their land for trails.

HB 544 was committed out of Recreation and Tourism Committee. Next stop should be the House for a vote and then on to the Senate. It is important to note that a similar version of this bill made it through the House last year but it was never taken up by the Senate.

It is important for all clubs and members to contact your PA Representatives and Senators and ask for their vote in support of HB 544. Three thousand miles of trail on private land could be in jeopardy if this Bill is not passed by both Chambers.
