A message from the President…
I especially want to thank everyone for your patience and understanding during this time of fighting the virus. It can be a very stressful time. Please follow your local regulations and be safe. Your health is more important than other activities at this time.
With the above being said in a spirit of caution and safety for everyone the following has changed:
- Annual Membership Meeting has been moved to August 22. It remains at the Ramada the same as last year.
- The Raffle will also be moved to August 22. Return Raffle tickets as soon as possible. Help sell extra tickets by contacting Kathy Woolever.
- The Deadline for Nominations to the Board and Awards is moved to July 1. Send Nominations to Chick Walter, Secretary and Awards Nominations to Rich Hayes, Vice-President.
- If the new Membership Meeting date does not work then the Board will consider an alternative method for holding the meeting. Everyone will have an opportunity to participate if this needs to happen.
Several years ago I tried to have Discussions on pertinent topics every few months. The first meeting was fantastic but the second failed. I am willing to try this again. Possible topics: Game Commission, DCNR, Mini-Grant Program, Trails, Clubs, Video Conferencing. Any other ideas send them to me. Stay tuned for further information.
